ORDERING:
Orders will be accepted by phone or fax. We will call you to confirm orders received via fax.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Checks or money orders

TERMS:
Due to the custom nature of our business prepayment in full is required prior to fabrication.

SALES TAX:
Prices quoted are for material only and do not include any state or local taxes. All taxes required by law will be added to your invoice at the time of your order.

RETURNS:
No returns are to be made without prior written authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned freight collect. Selected stock items may be returned. A 35% restocking fee may be charged.

PRICES:
Unless otherwise noted, all orders are for material only. The customer is responsible for determining all dimensional and installation requirements for the intended use of the product and is responsible for the equipment and labor required to offload, unpack, uncrate, or unpalletize, place and/or install the product in the desired location. Price are subject to change without notice.

SHIPPING:
All orders are processed for shipment FOB Orlando, FL. The customer is responsible for all freight charges unless prior arrangement is made. EJMcopper Inc, cannot be held responsible for any damage which occurs in transit.

CODES:
Conformance to local codes is the responsibility of the customer.

CLAIMS:
All claims on apparent or concealed shipping damage must be filed with the freight carrier by the customer. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Save all broken merchandise and all packaging material for inspection.

DELIVERY:
Orders are processed as received and every attempt will be made to meet your delivery requirement. EJMcopper Inc, however, is not liable for any delay or failure in the delivery or shipment of products or any damages suffered by reason of such delay or failure. This includes rental fees, labor costs, interest costs, closing costs, etc.

SPECIFICATIONS:
As may be necessary, we reserve the right to substitute materials and/or to make changes in design or other specifications as shown and described on our website or in any printed literature without liability to purchasers.

COPPER FABRICATION:
All of EJMcopper's products are handmade with soldered and/or riveted joints. Some variations will occur. These unique variations are representative of the historic fabrication techniques and skills that the EJMcopper craftsmen use.

STAINING:
During the natural aging and patina process copper may stain other surfaces such as stone, stucco, brick, painted trim, etc.

Architecheral copperwork products are intended to enhance the overall appearance of your home. These products are not intended to act as lightning protection. Proper modifications by a qualified, professional lightning protection company are recommended. EJMcopper assumes no liability for damage due to lightning with or without the installation of lightning protection modifications.
